Sent stained item, won’t accept return

Anna was responsive as long as I was buying items but then she sent me a shirt that 2 ants had crawled into and gotten squashed. The squished bugs created three small stains. I told her I wanted to return it and she promptly stopped answering emails. I've emailed her 4 times and told her I would like to continue buying from her if she handles this and she does not respond. I don't recommend buying from her unless you are willing to accept whatever she sends you. There's no customer service after the sale so you are out of luck if it's inferior.
