I placed an order for men's Harley Davidson boots and received a plastic shower cap in a small envelope from China. I am not certain that I have been scammed but have not received any response to attempts to contact this "company". I shop with Paypal because I feel merchants are more reliable if they have an account. Filed complaint with Paypal today. Hoping for resolution. I have shopped online frequently and with great results until now. This lowlife "merchant" makes honest merchants suffer because people such as myself will have a problem in the future with verifying that I am conducting business with an authentic website which delivers the product advertised.
