Sent item twice

I got the item I ordered 10 days ago but today I received an email saying my item has just shipped. Called and could not speak to a real person. Tried the chat format and kept getting disconnected. The is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever expected. I will NEVER purchase from Overstock again User's recommendation: Don’t buy from this company.
