Sent Defective item without original box and charged $127.00 restocking fee.

Bought item online thru Amazon, it came without original box, did not turn on, was defective. I had to pay $60.00 return postage and 20% restocking fee. Total of $127.00. It was also outdated because of defects, Amazon sent a updated directly from the factory.
