Sent back and never received money back. did everything exactly like they said to return.

got my antennas in April but ordered them in Feb. 2nd. when I got them I still couldn't get any more shows than already had. I paid 73.00 dollars for the two. I contacted them and they said they never received them back. I had the rudest customer service man and he told me he was sorry I lost my *** but it was not his fault.
