Sent a package of medical supplies to my son in Austria and the package NEVER ARRIVED. I didn’t receive any information about where it was, how to get it to him, a refund for the contents or shippin.

The package was sent in April and here we are in July. Who can help? Buyer beware. I want a full refund for contents and shipping. What forms do I need to fill out to make this happen? User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
