I was sucked in by the slick marketing campaign, but I should have realized it only works on television the way they say it does. I attached my sensor after carefully following the instructions. When it was time to take the scan after 60 min, it said the sensor was not working and I should try again in 60 min. After doing this twice, it told me to put on another sensor. Great way of selling sensors. Your product is crap and I want my money back. The customer service sucks. Called 3 times for call backs that never happened. User's recommendation: This product does not work like they say it will.
