Dear, I'm Lieu from Vietnam. On July, 2016 i have plan to import 1fcl hexamine 99%, non formaldehyde and size mesh 10-40, i checked more in China but can not find supplier and then i contact with MUDANJIANG FENGDA CHEMICALS. I contact with Ms Amy from Fengda, also checked carefully with her, not only me my partner in China also checked, and then she said can supply. We signed contract 1fcl 22mt, specification show all details and size mesh 10-40. After we received cargo in Vietnam, only 1.48 tons with size mesh 10-40 and 20.52 tons are powder and we can not use. I complain with her how to solve it, she always shirk responsibility, after that she said they can control size mesh and ask we place new order with higher on price ( because we need cargo for factory ), i continue place new order and send them deposit again and waiting... 2nd production they send cargo to Qingdao port also small size and powder, we waiting again for 3rd production and then also powder. After that she said they can not supply and send back deposit. It's effect our plan too much here, my client push me everyday, every night hee and Fengda only said " sorry" and never reply me any thing. I'm very angry about that, until today, they don't have any responsibility to solve this trouble while i lost a lot of money and still finding another way to solve it. Fengda are big trading company, but they cheated me. So today i complain here to warning with customers in the world pls carefully if have cooperation with Fengda. I keep all documents and message between me and Fengda here, if who need i can send to check clearly
