I purchased a battery for my phone. I had to wait 12 days to get it and they still don't show it delivered. The battery came to me completely dead. I know you usually have to fully charge batteries but this one would not hold a charge. It discharged completly within 3 hours with out me using the phone. Under description it says New (other). Under other it was MAYBE a unused battery but a OLD battery with some DEFECTS. How can a large company have the nerve to sell out dated batteries that don't even work. They don't answer emails. I did get a refund because they knew it was defective and was trying to get rid of OLD stock Don't buy anything from them.
