Selling out of date foods

I purchased a soda from jasco convenience store on McDowell road in Jackson Mississippi and it was a faygo Moon mist told him to drink with flat told me I couldn't exchange it and I'll check the date it was 12/6 of 20 so the drink was 2 years out of date it made me sick and they don't care
