Selling of bad Engine

I ordered a 4.3L engine from Texas Auto Parts in Houston Texas on City West Blvd Houston, Texas 77042. The shipped a bad engine, with bad compression, blaming it on shipping. I had to stay in motels because of there incompetence, because I was traveling. I still have not received the engine or any reimbursement for the labor for this. which is 1500 dollars. I live on a fixed income and cant afford to 1500 dolars for this. I have to pay my mechanic twice now for this install,because of Texas Auto Parts incompetence. If you can find a way to this resolved it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks User's recommendation: DONT BUY ANYTHING FOR TEXAS AUTO PARTS.
