Update by user Jul 18, 2021 I contacted him several times about their fake ads. And fake realty companies advertising on their page. They still haven’t removed the ads and have added more posts from the same realty companies that doesn’t exist. Nothing but a scam! Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2021 Several listings on the lines of America properties I dont exist in realty companies that are real. Not to mention the fact that youre charging 17% on top of any land sold on top of their $295 filing fee. Landowners that Ive contacted who actually on the land that theyre trying to sell are pissed that theyre charging so much. And some of the land owners have already removed their properties, but lands of America is still advertising. Dont believe a word any of them say!
