I bought 2 Lexani twenty series tires from them it was the 1st time buying from them I wish I would have listened to my gut feeling not to but I did and I had the tires mounted and balanced at a local tire retailer waited a hour cost me a total of 90 something dollars drove my car on I95 Passenger side felt unbalanced I called tire installer telling them about it immediately they stated the tires were balanced properly and had to be the tires ,I told them no way my tires are brand new so not believing it was the tires a few days later I went to another tire retailer they stated the tires balancing was spot on the one tire was out of round and showed me on thier balancing machine it was the tire so I left their pissed had been there for 2 hours went home and got my old tire and had that one put on. Cost 38 bucks email Simple Tire they told me to get a report from tire retailer called tire retailer up they told me I would hVe bring car back in so I would have to pay around 90 dollars to have new tire put back on and then taken off and old one put on to get a report, when they could send a shipping label and do their own dam research they are the worst ever dealing with I will not recommend using them. For a lawn mower tire, Watch what there response is get the tire report and we will send a refund like *** I will pay 90 to get 90 plus my time its a valuable lesson learned listen to your gut feelings and buy tire where I been Discounted wheel Warehouse only thing with them is shipping takes forever but at least you will get good tires at a cheaper price Im telling all sites about this tryed to post it on their Facebook review site and it kicked it off get your act together simple tire and wuit selling old defective tire before someone dies because of defective tires you sell people
