We bought an “Akita” last July, and we recently did a DNA test, and found out she is NOT a full blooded Akita. We love her regardless but, almost $4k for a mixed breed is ridiculous. We will be seeking legal action to recover some of our money, if the store and breeder do not resolve the issue themselves.
