Seller stopped to answer to my emails

My aunt has Alzheimer disease, and I decided to buy clock for her on the website www.alzstore.com. I received clock in damaged condition, and the seller agreed to change it. I sent the clock back, and the seller told me to wait couple of days. I waited 2 weeks, but nothing arrived. Also the seller stopped to answer to my emails. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
