Seller scammer

saya ada beli ps5 dari seller yang menjual di lazada. dah buat return & refund. seller tak ambil barang dari poslaju dan harini barang tu sampai semula kepada saya. jadi saya nak tahu apa status refund saya sekarang ni. takkan order ps5 dapat kertas sahaja. dah cuba chat dekat lazada tapi tak ada yang available.
