I gave interview at pole to win Bangalore on 6th 2016 April and i was selected for software test engineer. after that the company gave 5 days of training i cleared the training(18th april 2016) . Then HR people of pole to win told us to go n will call back once we will get the requirement. next week HR of the company told me that you have cleared the training and once will get the requirement will give u joining. Every week we people (almost 11 people got selected in 1st training batch ) call to the company but there is no response from the company . They kept our call blocked we tried with other number then those sucking people picks up the call. Then HR department says we don't have the once we will get the dates from the operations will inform you. My question is from all the managing team of Pole to WIn if you people dont have the requirement the why you people hire the candidate. The whole year your hiring process goes on. The company is making fool to everyone . Today is 20th of july 2016 still i am waiting for the offer letter. these ### people wasted my precious 4 months. Now they are telling you can search for another job.
