they garnished twenty five percent of my wages, which i did not fight, yet they have taken more money out of two more pay periods and i have to wait for a refund and for them to send a letter of satisfaction to my job. they took more than their original request and now my money is somewhere in the clouds, i plan on filing charges for theft if i do not get an answer as to where it goes.i paid my dues and now they are stealing from me, this cannot be legal.this is very aggravating and i am living off of paycheck advances.
