I have booked a hotel say via AlphaRooms online service and after I paid they applied some extra charges. I contacted customer service but they said that they need to check something and asked me to call later. I called later but they did not pick up. Next day I called again and their rep said that some additional fees were applied and when I asked the to explain in details, they said that everything was written on their website. I checked their website and found no information about any additional fees. Seems like a scam.
