I have purchased two dresses from this website and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality. Tidestore rep said that I can send them back and get a refund and I agreed. I paid for the return shipping and sent both dresses back and since then heard nothing from Tidestore. They do not reply to my messages and phone calls and I'm starting to get nervous. It is now two weeks since I shipped my order back. I recommend to say away from Tidestore! They are not to be trusted!
