I have requested a "Seek and Seal" for mice infestation within my apartment on at least three (3) occasions, beginning in September, 2020 and several more times in 2020. I am very frustrated as to how the rental office can go up on my utilities as well as rent but cannot address this mice infestation problem. No one should live among rodents while trying to enjoy their living conditions, I am very unhappy with the office staff as well as the maintenance staff, in order to get work done you have to come out of your character and act uncivilized, tried to speak with the Manager several time concerning this matter but to no avail. User's recommendation: Run - don't even bother to apply.
