See dr you guys did not cover me

I had hemorrhoids on April 4 2017. Went to urgent care in hazlet nj to be seen and you guys did not pay the 300 dollars owed to the Doctors who help me. Now its a chance it may go i to collection. I need my credit clean. Can you magnacare as a company fix this
