I ordered new shirts online. They took THREE WEEKS to arrive and when they did, every single one of them had a great big bulky plastic security tag on them. I can understand missing one tag, but ALL OF THEM? Totally careless. Now Mark's tells me that I am responsible for covering the shipping cost for my return. Atrocious...they need to update their policies considering the global pandemic. I will never buy from them again. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company online.
