I am a former resident with a Greystar property (Presidio View) and I moved out on August 31st. I have contacted the leasing office of the property where we lived and came up with no resolution. I would like to talk to someone about the security deposit I have not received within 21 days required by law. I am able and ready to take legal action if this is not addressed in a timely manner.
