Security deposit refund

Good afternoon, I am writing to find out why my security deposit has yet to be refunded from the OpenSky credit card I closed. I have paid way over what my balance has ever been, which is why I paid off the balance & closed the account! Can someone please help me out with this situation? Thank you, Tori Shuster User's recommendation: DO NOT GET AN OPEN SKY CREDIT CARD.
