Hello, I just recently applied for a secured credit card through OpenSky. OpenSky is a company that is directly related to Capital Bank N.A. as it states in my bank account when my deposit was taken in a very timely manner. I just want a customer representative to speak to about documents they need from me and their link doesn't even work. I have been a customer for not even 1 hour and this has been the most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever had. Please, point me in the correct direction to either get my money back or get some sort of confirmation that I will be getting what it is I actually paid for. User's recommendation: Do not even bother with this company. Apply for one with a more trustworthy bank backing it up.
