Second time website hasn’t processed payment

I have leased two cars with Hyundai since 2016. Multiple times now I have paid on the website, on time, and for some reason, the website just glitches out and doesnt actually submit the payment request to the bank and then to my utter surprise, when I go to pay the next months payment (on time), it says I owe two months of payment and I am 30 days late with payment, affecting my credit report. I am furious, and when I call to complain that the website is not accepting payment, they only tell me they cant take the ding off my credit and I should have looked for the confirmation email . User's recommendation: Check your bank and email for confirmation of payment!! Don’t trust their system to do it.
