Ordered two different pairs of Sebago topsiders and decided to go with the ones from Italy purchased through Frafetched.com --- for $250. Want to return the cheaper Clovehitch model purchased from the Sebago website. Followed the prompts to request a return number and eturn address which was supposed to be emailed to me. Didn't come. emailed a second time. Still no response. At this point, considering the problems everyone is having with Sebago, I would be better off holding on to the second pair anyway if the process of sending them back means that i would lose the shoes and never get a refund. This disfunctional company is ripping off the public and should be put out of business by a class action lawsuit.
