Seams of my sandals

I'm not angry. I've called so many times and cant get through. I sent a previous email that was intended for Dyson but I sent it to you by mistake. Sorry about that. My issue with my sandals is that some threading is coming out of the side of one of the sandals. I purchased my first a pair of ECCO sandals and love them so much I ordered a 2nd pair. Purchased from Macy's on April 28, 2020, delivered on May 8. I was wondering if you could reset the one sandal? I could send it. Is this possible?
