I purchased a bed at Rochester Thavhani mall Thohoyandou on the 29th August 2019 and the lady Nesta said the bed take 6-8 weeks. Today on the 2nd of October 2019 I went to check how far is the order knowing very well that next week it will be delivered. She showed me on the system clearly showing that she only ordered the bed yesterday the 1st of October and she then said it will take 6-8 weeks which was not what she said initially. I'm disappointed at the service and lack of communication and communication to me as a customer. Will like to know how do I cancel the order since I'm not even sure when will I get the bed as she too cnt tell me..
