Sealing problems….

after trying to seal bags that came with my machine... having no success i realized that both rolls were outside in.... the pebbled side of the bag was on the inside instead of the outside...... that is why the bags will not seal........ CHECK IT OUT...... IT MIGHT BE YOUR PROBLEM.............
