My home had new windows put in prior to me purchasing the home and the seal is broken on the double pane and they are charging me damn near full price to replace the window. Because I didn't write the check to them for the new windows. Seems like a farce to give lifetime warranty for just one person when they knew he was selling the home to me. Never will I buy anything from this company ever!!
