I went in to cspire to exchange my phone and the young lady that waited on me didn't put my SD CARD in my new phone. So when I went back to get it she said she put it in and i told her she didn't. She didn't even discuss it with me she didn't apologize she just ignored me . I have been a cspire customer for 18 years. I consider her action to have been wrong .
