If I could give a negative star I would! They are master manipulators and master deception artists! They are such an atrocious business that the only thing they are good at are being belligerent and condescending. Their “customer complaint” department is probably larger than their sales department. They prey on confusing people. They prey on people who are distracted when buying legitimate tickets. They’re ruthless.
