Palmentere Bros Palmenter Bros is a good company as far as equipment is concerned, they take excellent care of their equipment, wish they took as good a care of their drivers as they do of their equipment, Palmentere will lie to you, they say you get 1 day off for every seven days out, but when it comes time for your hometime, they will find every reason they can NOT to send you home. They give you 1200 mile runs and expect you to do them overnight, when you ask for them to reschedule the appt to make it legal they act like you have commited a crime asking them to make it a run you can do and not get into trouble with DOT. Their philosophy is : if you do everything they want your the best driver they have, if you do something wrong, your a piece of ***. They will fire you on accusations not truth. i was with Palmentere 4 years, and have seen it all. if you want an honest opinion of the company, working for Plamentere will just be a waste of your time. Recruiters will flat out lie to you about everything. Work for Palmentere Bros and it will be a waste of your time and probably the biggest mistake you wil ever make in your career in truck driving.
