I ordered replacement cushions for our outdoor patio furniture. Several items were on backorder when I placed the order. After 6 weeks, they began to ship. The last item to arrive was the Ottoman cushion. It was the wrong size and clearly not an Ottoman cushion. Call Frontgate about the exchange and verified that the website dimensions are correct. The second Ottoman cushion shows up and you guessed it....its the wrong size and the same size as the first cushion. Hence another exchange this time with explicit directions to measure the cushion prior to shipping to ensure that the right cushion is shipped. The third Ottoman cushion shows up and you guessed it....its the wrong size again....this time I got two different size cushions. The shipping label even has the explicit directions to measure prior to shipping written on it. Obviously, this is one major screwed up operations. I thought briefly about a fourth try, but sent all the cushions by to Frontgate and gave them a TRUMP YOUR FIRED!!!!! and a lost customer forever. Ordered new cushions from Lowe's which showed up in two days and are nicer quality.
