Motorcycle Masters Transportation out of Marco Island FL was hired a month ago to transport my bike from AZ to IL. When the transporter got here 2 days early and at 9PM at night there was no semi just a non-english speaking gentleman who want me to drive the bike into a ATV trailer and them pick up a 900 LB motorcycle and turn it sideways to fit in the trailer. He did not speak english so he put me on the phone with the shipper who was a women who asked what the big deal was concerning the type of transport vehicle and why could I not pick up a 900 lb motorcycle and get it horizonally in the trailer. when I called the company the next day, nothing. Completely screwed up the trip and vacation. Now I am stuck and they do not care. STAY AWAY FROM MOTORCYCLE MASTERS.
