Useless architect this Gregory Lewis!! Run from him, seriously. So I hired Gregory Lewis because all his signs keep popping up all over Larchmont. Everyone is building porches. So we built one thorouhg him and he screwed up big time. Our house now looks like a farm house from the 1800's. We walk around the neighborhood and there are all these porches he is building for people. PEOPLE STOP BUILDING PORCHES YOU ARE RUINING THE beautiful front lines, the symmetry, that your (decent) architect built for you many years ago. This Gregory guy apparently has an obession with porches. So we walk aorund and there are porches, porches, porches, and on these porches are 1. chairs, 2. strollers, 3. garbage, 4. Ikea crap, 5. Home depot crap, 6. So Gregory Lewis is good at creating a SHED for you all to keep your crap on, so every passerby can see your crap. This idiot of an architect has managed to create a really nice look: an outdoor storage area, for everyone to see your crap. User's recommendation: Run from Lewis and Lewis and buy a shed instead.
