I tried to purchase literally two things from the website, a cup and a purse, and when I went to check out it told me my card information was incorrect and to retype it, so I did. Resubmitted. Same thing. And then I went to look at my transactions on my cards app, I was charged THREE TIMES when it said my card was denied each time. Called customer service and they said I may or may not get charged for each time and I can’t do anything until I see if the pending charges for the card that supposedly didn’t even work actually go through. I’ve never had problems from them before. Not doing this again that’s for sure. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
