State Farm's drunk insured hot my car in a parking lot. State Farm Agent and Insured's daughter assured me the damage and trade-in value of my car would be taken care of. State Farm's unethical agent advised me twice there was no need to file a police report. They then became a nightmare to deal with and often took one, two or three calls to their claim center. They needed to tow my car which they agreed to do, but the tow never showed up. Their appraiser also misled me with regard to the repairs. Check the internet for reviews. State Farm does a lot of slick advertising, but as opposed to their ads, they are not your friend (even their own insureds take them to court) User's recommendation: Spend some time researching companies before you are sucked in.
