Screwed on my financing at Arlington Clay Cooley Suzuki

I had obtained my own financing before going to the dealership in Arlington. I was approved for approx. 23k. After selecting my car, the salesman kept going to the back to work out some of the arrangements and kept coming back telling me I could not use my own financing if I wanted the deal to go through. I never quite understood why I couldn't use my own financing, but before agreeing to use their financing, I asked the underwriter who the financing bank would be. He gave me the name of the bank, and I felt quite satisfied that when I left, I could then have my loan refinanced through the bank I had already selected. When I finally received the paperwork in the mail from the financial instution, I was very suprised to see that it was the same bank I had gone into their dealership with to begin with. So in the end, they used the same bank where I had already secured a lower financing rate, but charged me around 3 percent higher for 6 years, and of course, this bank would not refinance their own loan. I was very upset, called the dealership where I was given some other *** story. I requested to have it explained to me in person. They said I had to see the underwriter. I made an appointment with this guy, which of course, he said he could not see me after 5pm any day of the work week or on the weekend despite them being open on Saturday. So, I made an appointment and missed work in order to meet him. When I got there, guess what, the guy wasn't even due to be at work for another 4 hours. I was very upset and asked them to have the man call me to set another appointment. He never called me back. I contacted the dealership through many methods, their online chat, by phone, and in person, but never could get anyone to sit down and explain why they did this to me. I recieved a customer satisfaction call one day and when the woman heard what happened to me, she called me back and said "i know this in no way makes up for what happened to you, but I have arranged 3 free oil changes and 3 free detailing on your car." The first time I went for the oil change and detailing, I had to make an appointment, they said my dad could drop off the car and they would give him a ride home as there was already a recall on his 2012 vehicle and it would take most of the day. We had to wait almost 2 weeks to have this appointment as they said no one was available to drop him off until this particular day. My dad goes up there, and guess what? No one was there to give him a ride home. I now have to leave work to go pick him up. When I called for the 2nd oil change and detailing, now they said they had no record of this being promised to me and the woman said she never made such an arrangement. They did go ahead and do the oil change, but I was told that in no way would they ever promise to do detailing on a car, that is just not their way. I asked them, then why did you do the detailing on the first visit?? They told me that there would be no 3rd free oil change. By the way, the first oil change came free anyways, that was part of the sale. I think you got an idea now what to expect from Clay Cooley. By the way, I emailed Clay Cooley personally and he never got in touch with me either.
