I opened up the unit and removed the hose from the needle and extended it to outside. I took a gallon container of sanitizing Nature's Miracle. The one with a spray attached because it has a stiff hose to the bottom. Than I sat the gallon at the same level as the genie, loosened the lid a little and attached the hose. Now when the dose pump runs it sucks the fluid out of the gallon jug. Screw Cat genie!!! I also have the "Cat Genius" to bypass the d#$%m RFID. I am researching the internal parts so if a motor or something goes out I know where to get them.
