Screen flashing green lines

My fitbit versa screen is unreadable, flashing green lines like a tv screen that's gone wonky. It is counting my steps and syncing with my app, but I can't see the time, steps, etc. I have tried scrolling through the screens and none of them are readable. A soft reset didn't help.
