heard a noise and the left door would not retrack, and the screen has no tension. I have call the company and left my phone no. they have not returned my call. they said they would return my call in a timely fashion. I ask if there was a spring in the part of the door. I also ask if there was anything I could do, because I could not fine anything about the a spring on the door. Just to order for a screen. It would be nice if they would return my call and give me some information.
