I do know that when I downloaded the app and started doing scratch offs it showed I was an instant winner and it showed the pch vans on my scratch off before this I was notified by a verizon partner that my devices were compromised and in doing that I haven't ever won or thought I didnt but was playing years ago and my name did come up but didnt get anything however I scratched this time the vans and supposable instant won and still haven't been contacted and I won also chips on the same scratch off figure it out please Billie Jo VanEss [protected]@gmail.com
