Why is it that I complained since last year about the scooters for the disabled and they did get 2 brand new scooters, however, scooters are not maintained and service. Kmart corporation, did you think that after so many months of usage that an electrical equipment will not deteriorate. After all, the biggest profits come from Guam. Why not invest on the needs of the disabled. We do have incomes also and I would love to spend it here, but I never can because I cannot shop here.
