Scooter will not charge and brakes will not unlock (a problem I see exists for some time…2017 reviews. It’s 2019, I buy and boom! JUNK)

I have no expectations of receiving a functioning replacement. The stories of sending back scooters to get a fix and having to endure the same problem or new problem is excruciating. Do not want to be subjected. I am responsible for choosing the scooter. I have dragged this scooter around metro and neighborhood letting any one who asks me know the scooter is a PAPER WEIGHT. I wish I could get the money back (or credit for that matter), but it was part of a rewards program for my years of service and I doubt I would get satisfaction from the rewards representative or the manufacturer who shipped the scooter when I choose it. What a piece of junk. This company should be ashamed. Shameful. Yes, I understand I am not reaching out to you for assistance or reprieve. I don't want to subject myself to the brutality of what a customer service representative has to do to close out a matter with little cost to Swagtron and survive another day a work without getting let go because they didn't meet their quotas. Also, I don't want to explain the problems. Swagtron knows the problems. I don't want to endure the replacement problems. I have no interest in replacement JUNK. Quality matters. Individuals are riding this and, can we say, putting themselves at risk? You ride a distance and the unit fails. Really! You charge it and it doesn't work? You ride it and the brakes don't unlock? The handle bars are flimsy and they risk your well being (safety)? Come on. I didn't buy a scooter for these problems. I was told don't cause you could get hit by a car. That was my worst fear!!!!! Ha! The brakes lock and I can't ride it so a car could hit me. I walked 2 miles with my PAPER WEIGHT. I just needed to say this. Thank you for reading. Have an awesome day.
