Do not buy any deals voucher from any online website for perm or rebonding or any other services from scissorhands!!! They are scam!!! I bought vouchers from groupon to do perming and when I reach they start to do scalps scans and start to psycho u that ur scalp is v bad and insist u do treatment. And when I refused, they start to say if I want to do perming I should upgrade to a.better lotion at a hundred over buck and when I turn it down they said they cannot do the service for me and ask me to pass the voucher to my relative instead. Pls think twice when u buy voucher to do ur service there as u may end up wasting ur time and money. I called groupon up for a refund though.
