Hello, my name is Marlene R. Thomas -Shockley . And at the present time I am attending Wilmington University. While registering for my Spring Semester 2019, I have a couple of issues that came up. The first issue was they needed a transcript from Colorado Technical University which there was no transcript because I didn't attend and they finally sent me a letter and a statement and they (Wilmu) submitted and this issue was resolved. Moving forward thinking that I can start class , another issue comes up . This issue was that I took part at USA Training Academy Home Study 89-90 which I have no recollection. What is disturbing in the year 89-90 I attended Delaware Tech Community College that I paid myself . So my question is how is it that I can do 2 school at the same time and in the same year . I paid for Delaware Tech and they are saying that I received finical aid from USA Training Academy or did someone use my name and information to get aid off of my name and this has put me in a bind. I am writing to you for some help on resolving this issues . I have been going to school at WilmU since 2017 to present and this Spring there is a hold on my account and it is holding me up from enrolling into my Spring classes.
