From the very beginning this company has scammed me! They listed a home for rent on the internet abd stated it was available fir move in now, after giving thrm a $500 hild fee, I was informed by email one week prior to my move in that the house was no longer available and had been abated by the city. I was told i could choose another property, but my $500 would not be transferred and it had to be refunded. Long story short, I paid $1,945 for the new home deposit, while awaiting my refund of $500. Never recieved my $500, and was then told it was placed on my new home for rent. They would bill me my utilities through a third party company, after catching them up in there overcharging scam, I contacted the utlity company directly and recieved a printout of my bill that indeed showed they were overcharging me on my utilities by more than $200!! After refusing to pay the bill they forced an illegal eviction on me stating I did not pay my rent which was a complete lie, they refused my payment, and sent it back through certified mail! I have only 30 more days here and they summoned me an eviction. The proof is in the pudding, they will see me and my lawyer in court!! Ready to start a class action lawsuit, after reading more than 7,000 bad reviews, im not sure how they are even still in business!
